God calls men higher, but the climb requires strength through submission. Like Moses ascending Sinai, men must be willing to separate themselves for prayer, obedience, and leadership refinement. Luke 9:23 reminds us that discipline precedes authority. True strength is proven in surrender, not control. Men who prepare themselves will be trusted with greater responsibility.
